Habitación bastante amplia, iluminada y limpia. Desayuno súper variado y muy delicioso. Cuenta con parqueadero bajo techo gratis.

El baño, a pesar de ser muy limpio y contar con productos de aseo tenía una puerta corrediza de vidrio que no cerraba completamente y no daba nada de privacidad.

Estancia cómoda y tranquila.

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, el desayuno muy variado y con buen sazon, la ubicación es muy buena, a 20 min de Cabos San Lucas y hay playas tranquilas y centros.comerciales muy cerca del hotel, los cuales tienen mucha variedad, es un poco cara la zona pero lo compensa con la calidad y variedad.

El estacionamiento es un poco molesto estar sacando y sellando boletos en recepción del hotel cada vez que quieres salir, solo te da 10 minutos para la salida, en caso de que te retrases u olvides sellar el boleto, puedes perder tiempo con eso, ya que el hotel está dentro de una pequeña plaza comercial.

Vthe facilities were very clean and well kept.

I booked a room with a queen bed but it felt more like a full. Signage for parking and hotel can be better.

Very good value for the money overall.

We like the proximity to the airport . The view over the ocean where the whales pass by. The rooftop swimming pool. Walking distance to the market where you can have a variety of excellent food. See picture.

The water in the shower was cold in the morning. They could not fix it in time.

The stay was perfect and in walking distance to a market with restaurants.

Everything was good!

The hotel does not provide shuttle service to the airport, although it says it does on Booking.com. The hotel stated that information is incorrect.

Staff was excellent Mauricio is a nice person and helpful staff at reception were wonderful, I like the coffee inside of the room

Great location, very comfortable beds and pillows, a well trained team that welcomes you when you arrive

We stay here when we have to utilize H-Plus and unfortunately we have stayed here more than we want due to surgeries. The staff is very professional and greets us whenever we enter.

It would be nice to change the breakfast menu from time to time. Maybe add something new. Not a complaint but a note from someone who stays frequently

Simply well done!

We really liked the array of foods available for breakfast. Y'all did it just nicely! Everything was splendid for a middle class couple here for medical tourism.

I didn't enjoy the strong scent in the lobby. Commercial scents/fragrances are hard on the human endocrine system, and it would be spectacular to have that switched to essential oils diffused. You would elevate everyone's health by this simple change! Also, having a easy connection to a great value taxi to take us to the beach or the grocery store would be helpful.

It was really good for the price, would come again.

Breakfast was really good, and had a loooot of variety. The rooms were also huuuuuge. Great plus! Our cleaning service lady was so attentive, she was great.

We had gone during the week and everytime we went to the pool, we were hoping to see a bartender there. We never did during our stay. Our room also smelled like paint, perhaps due to the new paint but the fumes were kinda crazy.

La chambre est spacieuse, le petit-déjeuner est bon et avec du choix. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas idéal sachant que l'emplace de l'hôtel n'est pas top car en plein milieu de San José del Cabo et Cabo San Lucas, mais sans accès facile à le mer.
